If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Bike Ahead within 30 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.

Immediately inspect the merchandise upon receipt, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund (less the shipping charge). You'll need the original manufacturer’s labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. CDs, DVDs and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws). Sorry.

If you are returning merchandise due to an error on our part we will assume full responsibility and pay for return shipping (via ground carriers only) and the replacement shipping cost to you.
