At Bike Ahead, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Bike Ahead within 30 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.
Immediately inspect the merchandise upon receipt, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund (less the shipping charge). You'll need the original manufacturer’s labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. CDs, DVDs and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws). Sorry.
If you are returning merchandise due to an error on our part we will assume full responsibility and pay for return shipping (via ground carriers only) and the replacement shipping cost to you.

Refunds:
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
